Now let’s talk hair. I used to have super stick straight smooth hair until I had my son, now I’ve got wavy fuzzy kinda curly hair! If I want straight hair, I have to use a smoothing serum and hot iron, until now!
I just met this brand, Eprouvage and it’s active plant based formula makes for natural hair smoothers in the smoothing shampoo and conditioner. Get yours at Ulta Beauty locations nationwide in the USA.
Ok, before you get into the video, let me just say, that this is the third and final time that I will be recommending the Tim Ferris book Tools of Titans.

Hi ya Gorgeous!
Welcome to April! Let’s kick it off with a brand new hand crafted soap with natural ingredients that is made from a family business that has been around for a long time. They know a thing or two about soaps!
Boudica is driven by our passion for beautiful and safe body care products. We use high quality, thoughtfully-sourced ingredients. Products have a natural focus, ranging from 96-100% natural and all ingredients are disclosed.
Many of our products feature organic shea butter, which is hand-processed by the Wali women in Northern Ghana whose proceeds support community projects and youth education. We do not use parabens, sulfates, artificial dyes, triclosan, plastic microbeads or animal testing. Our products are handcrafted in small batches with the care and attention that you can expect from a family owned business.
I recommend giving Boudica a try for yourself, and giving as a gift for Mother’s Day!

I just tried some samples of Arizona local hand crafted soap maker Bellus Soaps of Avondale.
The soap contains grapeseed oil, coconut oil, olive oil and shea butter.
You too can get a free sample of the Bellus Soaps goodness (make sure and note if you want cherry blossom, vanilla sugar or unscented!) by sending an email requesting a sample and put FREE SAMPLE in the subject line.
Send to: support @ bellussoaps.com
I’ve used it to remove my makeup and got a good deep clean. I’ve also used the cherry blossom scented Bellus Soap in the shower, and it left my whole body lightly scented yet deeply moisturized.
Ordering is easy, and a large bar is just $14.95 with free shipping in the United States.
It’s worth giving Bellus Soaps a try if you prefer natural products, hand crafted small batch products as well as paraben free!
When you shop Bellus Soaps you are helping to support a small local business-so get shopping for your self and gift giving needs!

I love products that are good and do good at the same time.
The Bead for Life Shea Butter products are amazing in rich texture and high quality shea butter but better yet, it is a life sustaining product for the women of Uganda.
The soap and lip balm are luxurious!Just think that as you are using a natural product on your children and self you are helping a mom on the other side of the world help hers!
The ladies of Uganda along with Bead For Life also make jewelery-I sampled soap, but the photos of the hand made beads that are formed into necklaces, earrings and bracelets are beautiful too!
Please visit the website http://www.beadforlife.org/ and learn about how you can help and there are several ways to get involved.
