While I was attending Spray Tan Camp at The Buttes in Tempe AZ-I brought along a wee bottle of hand sanitizer. That’s it in the photo.
I also got a nice bag of sample honey menthol natural throat drops. Did I mention, I love menthol cough drops?
These samples are perfect for me! I did enjoy testing the hand sanitizer because as you know, if you have ever been to a conference in a hotel room it’s just two sneezes and hand shake hellos away from being as germy as a school bus.

The Honey with Menthol and Eucalyptus oil drops are a sweet, smooth, calming throat drop and the hand sanitizer makes for a clean yet moisturized hand by using witch hazel and aloe vera.

I was recently at the Spray Tan Camp in Tempe Arizona held at the fabulous The Buttes hotel hosted by Be Bronze founder and international master spray tanner Kelly Richardson.
There I met Jacque Gibson who introduced me to Beauty Foods, an anti-aging skin treatment that you drink before bed.
I tried the Chocolate Bliss and it was so delicious! Creamy too. So, I had already slathered on my nightly skin care regime of serums and creams and now I was drinking one more tool to effectively care for my skin.

Wow, what a week it has been for the October Anti-Bullying campaign! Now to finish end our week of encouragement on a strong and positive note, please welcome Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Famer Nick Lowery. I was thinking that an experience and opinion from a male point of view would help balance this week’s Anti-Bullying campaign.
Mr. Lowery wrote a beautiful poem for you, please read and enjoy.

1. Use your eyes to smile at someone-you can show kindness and love with soft simple eye contact
2. Use your words to edify one another-like the old saying says “if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all”, and in our modern day lives I ask you to go one step further, say something kind. Keep it simple, just say something kind.
3. Include someone new in your circle of friends-reach out, if no one is reaching to you-then be the one to stretch! You can do it!
