Wow! You made it! Black Friday is over! I worked an event in the mall and wow, was it busy? Yes. Were there great sales? I’m going to say no. It’s like the prices were marked up so the percentage could be taken down. I didn’t find any great deals and spent my money on snacks and coffee for me.

I am so thankful for so many things; such as the Glory of God, the precious Blood of Jesus, forgivness, redemption, healing, you name it!
Also, for mashed potatoes with an entire stick of butter in them, chocolate creme pie and the smoke turkey I am about to eat.
I truly love the holiday season and the shift from dread and stress to joy and peace came in “making memories” for others and I get blessed in the process.
If you are stressed in this season instead of blessed, try shifting the focus off of yourself and onto others.

Bond girls and usually trend setters and this time around, it’s for sure! I blogged about the Avon Bond 007 perfume and free ticket that was available with purchase and I hope you got yours! I got mine…though I haven’t used it yet. Though soon I hope!

Anyway you look at it, the Bond movies have done some advances and some retractions for women. When it comes to style, it has always been an advancement, when it comes to womens rights and the advancement of opportunities beyond being eye candy, well; not so much.

Tonight I was teaching a room full of Arbonne consultants about makeup and after two hours there were still so many questions!
I think the one thing I wanted to teach them most and didn’t have time was how to put false lashes on themselves and then in turn, teach their clients and consultants.
It’s a favorite class of mine to teach ladies and a few gentleman, who have makeup or skin care businesses such as Arbonne, Avon, Mary Kay or BeautiControl how to do professional technique with their respective product lines.

Here’s the secret: it’s not so much about what product you use, but how you use it.
I can do just as well with Rimmel, WetnWild from the drugstore as I can with Chanel, Dior or professional theatre lines like Ben Nye.

Technique baby! Its all about technique.
